Recurring Cost & Infrastructure Review

A complete picture of what you pay every month and what it buys you.

The review is free. We go through billing, contracts, cloud accounts and the tools people actually open. Every line item gets a cost, an owner, a renewal date and a verdict: keep, downgrade, consolidate or replace. Where we recommend replacing something, we say what with, what the migration involves, and what it saves. If the answer is that everything should stay where it is, you get that answer and it costs you nothing.

Migration to Self‑Hosted Open Source

We move you across, and we do it without a bad week.

We stand the replacement up on infrastructure you own, import your history, and run it alongside the incumbent until the new system is genuinely boring. Then we cut over, keep the old subscription alive for one cycle as insurance, and cancel it. Your team gets documentation and a walkthrough, not a link to someone else's wiki.

Email Migration

The one migration with no forgiving failure mode. Mail either arrives or it does not.

“Migrate our email” decodes to six different jobs — the bill went up, mail is landing in spam, the person who set it up is gone, a rebrand needs a new domain, quotas are full, or a compliance requirement appeared. The technical answer differs in every case, and in two of them the right move is not a migration at all. So the first thing we need from you is which one it is — that single answer changes the whole job. Then we inventory what is really there: mailboxes, aliases, distribution lists, shared access, calendars, and every application that sends as your domain. Nothing moves until deliverability is staged and a rollback exists.

Managed Hosting & Maintenance

Somebody has to own it afterwards. That is the point of us.

Self-hosting gets a bad reputation because it is usually nobody's actual job. On a retainer it is ours: patching, upgrades, tested backups, restore drills, monitoring and capacity planning, with an agreed response time. You keep the root credentials and the ability to fire us without it becoming a migration project.

Bespoke Consulting

Workflow, process and custom tooling — the inefficiencies that are not a subscription.

Sometimes the expensive thing is not a vendor, it is the four hours a week someone spends copying between two systems. We map the process, find where the time and the errors actually go, and fix it — by changing the workflow, wiring systems together, or building the small internal tool that should have existed. Scoped up front, priced up front.
